MEDICAL GRADE TCA CHEMICAL PEEL
5-ACID BLENDED CHEMICAL PEEL WITH GLUTATHIONE, VITAMIN C AND MINERALS
Struggling with melasma or acne scars ? The Perfect Peel is your answer to clear, rejuvenated skin.
The Perfect Peel is a revolutionary chemical peel that will transform your skin into looking younger, healthier and clearer in just one week.
This is a medium-depth chemical peel that can be used on all skin types and requires no pre-peel skin preparation. It required to be performed by a medically trained healthcare professional.
A KEY INGREDIENT
GLUTATHIONE
ULTIMATE ANTI OXIDANT
It founds itself on a key anti-aging ingredient never before used in a peel: Glutathione
Glutathione is the ultimate antioxidant, penetrating deep into the cellular level of the skin to fight oxidant damage and is the anti-aging answer to premature wrinkling. Our bodies naturally produce glutathione but as we age, our levels deplete due to sun exposure, air pollutants, environmental stress and the aging process itself.
Glutathione is also proven to reverse melanin’s metabolism, lightening dark pigmentations.
The Perfect Peel is a leader in the blended peel market. It uses a special formula (including TCA and Glutathione) that works together to give you great results with fewer unwanted side effects.
This treatment uses a mix of chemicals to create a controlled injury to your skin, which starts a process of peeling and healing. That, in turn, leaves your skin looking refreshed and revitalized.
What is the difference with a classical peel?
Chemical peels are a popular and effective way to improve your skin’s health and appearance. But not all peels are the same. You’ve got the ones you can buy at the store and do at home, and then there are the ones that doctors administer, which go deeper.
The difference between an okay peel and an amazing one can be a bit confusing. These peels are divided into three categories: superficial, medium, and deep, based on how deep they go into your skin and how they’re applied.
Make a Change
THE PERFECT PEEL | A JOURNEY TO PERFECT SKIN
DAY 1
Day 1 is the day the peel treatment was applied, the area will feel tight and may appear darker than usual.
The peel solution needs to stay on the area for at least 6 hours- so no washing, touching or rubbing the skin! Also, do not apply any make-up, skincare, lotions, ointments, creams etc. You don’t want to do anything that will add moisture to the skin and potentially inhibit the peeling process.
On the evening of Day 1, you can wash your face very gently using only water, and pat dry.
Around 15 minutes before bedtime use one of the post-peel towelettes (provided in the Home Kit) and vigorously apply it to your face. This will help to activate the peel solution further and is an essential part of the peeling process. It may mildly sting and irritate, but that is completely normal.
Some discomfort and irritation is considered normal. Remember, this is a medical chemical peel. If extreme, or you are at all concerned, please contact the practitioner who performed the treatment.
DAY 2
On Day 2, do not apply anything to your skin! Whilst it may be tempting, it will really affect your results. NO MOISTURISER / NO SPF
Follow the same procedure as day 1 and in the evening, using the second post-peel towelette.
DAY 3
Generally today is peel day! When you’ll start to see the skin peel away in sheets! This is the hard part, you must not rub, pick or pull on the peeling skin, let the process occur naturally. At this stage, messing may result in scarring.
Gently wash (don’t scrub) and pat dry the treated area morning and night, and apply The Perfect Peel Moisturiser as needed, supplied in the Home Kit. A sunscreen of at least SPF 30 should be applied every 2 hours in sun exposure.
DAY 4 t o 5
Same as day 3.
Peeling will continue.
Wash gently. Do not pull or pick the skin.
Apply The Perfect Pell moisturiser twice a day and SPF every 2 hours if you go outside.
Day 6
The peeling process is generally complete, although some mild sloughing, flaking and redness may still be occurring in some treated areas.
You can now resume your normal skincare products except acids and retinol for 1 week. If the treated area becomes or remains irritated, wait until the sensitivity subsides.
Continue to protect your skin with at least SPF 30 daily.
How many session do I need
Although one session will give you a good noticeable result, a treatment plan would be defined on an individual basis.
I will take into account your level and cause of hyperpigmentation, how long you had it and your current skincare routine.
The full result of 1 peel will show-up after 1 month, then another peel can be performed again if needed. I would recommend a course 3 peel for a strong pigmentation.
Also, note that from your second peel, we can add a booster ( extra charge of £100) to target even more your acne or pigmentation.
